We use your name, email, country, application details, contract and signature information, and selected language to manage your ambassador application and account. Passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing. Your application and assigned referral links are accessible to authorized staff and your own account. Optional marketing consent is separate from enrollment. The operator must supply its identity, contact details, retention periods, service providers, and privacy-rights process before public launch. To prepare the contract, we also collect the partner’s identity or business registration details, addresses, contractual email, and payment account details (beneficiary, bank, location, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC). Prepared documents and replaced versions are stored privately for application review and contract history. Do not provide card details or online banking passwords.
